Glenn is a married family man who believes barbering is about more than just a haircut. It is about confidence, discipline, and setting an example. He especially enjoys cutting kids’ hair because he sees every young person as someone with potential, and he hopes to lead by example by encouraging them to face life’s challenges with courage.
